Gion-Matsuri Festival

Kyoto's Gion-Matsuri Festival in July is very famous in Japan. Many floats are constructed in central Kyoto for this event. Though I was hurrying to a lesson a few days ago, I couldn't resist taking a picture of a float for this blog. I stopped for just 30 seconds and took some photos. Later, a friend contacted me and said, "Did you go to see the float today?" I thought she was also there, so I answered, "Yes, for a very short time. You should've called me." But she said, "No, I saw you on the evening news." I was taking photos and being photographed at the same time!!
