An old student sent me a picture postcard from Namibia in Africa. It was wrapped in a plastic cellophane with a note by the post office at Narita. The note said, "This card got wet on its way, so we dried it. Sorry for the inconvenience." It was true that the card was dry but shabby, however the post office was very kind. In fact, I collect postcards. Such a packed card is very rare, so it will be my precious collection.
