HIEI of Eizan Railway

Eizan Raiway is a small company in northern Kyoto. The trains there are like trams. This year, a newly designed car made its debut. It is named "HIEI" and it looks like the pictures.
There are pros and cons about its appearance. I have to say it gives me a somewhat spooky feeling, and some of my friends say the same. But the company might have wanted to create a mysterious ambiance because the train's destination is the bottom of Mt. Hiei. There, a renowned Enryakuji-Temple from Esoteric Buddhism, originally built in the 8th century, stands on its summit.

Can you see the train driver?
