time difference
An ex-student emailed and let me know, "I'm coming to Japan in two days. Can I see you?" This sort of thing is a pleasant surprise. But what time is it over there and when is "in two days"? I looked into my schedule book and tried to figure out the time difference. Even though the time of our reunion is short, it makes me happy that my ex-students still remember me and try to contact me.
